Els infants aprenen tocant, tastant, sentint, olorant i escoltant; els hi encanta cuinar perquè els permet utilitzar els cinc sentits d’una manera ben diferent. Passar temps a la cuina ajuda als infants a establir una relació ➕ amb el menjar (veure-ho com un joc i no com una obligació!), fins i tot, amb les fruites i verdures. Aquesta experiència positiva és mot important perquè els aliments són la base d’una bona nutrició. A més a més, es fomenten altres àrees, com ara el llenguatge matemàtic, el llenguatge verbal, els hàbits alimentaris i els hàbits en general per aprendre que “això” de menjar pot ser d’allò més divertit 🔝🔝🔝!
